Steve has over 14 years of experience in real estate investment, development and asset management in North America and Europe, Steve previously worked at Silver Creek Development and the Macquarie Group.
He oversaw the development, acquisition and disposition and management of over 10 MSF of commercial real estate assets and managed a portfolio of over $4B across the United States.
Steve graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Suffolk University and earned his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business where he focused on Real Estate, Corporate Finance, and Strategy.
Noga brings an entrepreneurial mindset and conviction to every venture. Her decade-plus career spans strategic, operational, and managerial roles in diverse sectors: corporate banking, hospitality, real estate investment trusts (REITs), multifamily and industrial development, agriculture, and healthcare.
She has successfully operated various UHNW family offices nationwide and a boutique Fund of Funds, overseen Europe’s largest luxury car rental company spanning 12 countries, in addition to leading US Strategy at Silver Road Capital as a Managing Director.
Noga holds a BA in Finance from Baruch College and sits on the Board of Friends of Atid.
